Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe you’re balancing many responsibilities, your thoughts feel nonstop, you’re unsure how to navigate a difficult relationship, or you simply feel unclear about the direction of your life. Talking to someone can make a difference.
I work with adults (18+) in Ottawa and offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Ontario.
My style is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in honesty and warmth. Rather than following a single counselling style, I draw from a range of evidence-based tools so that our work together fits your unique needs. Everyone is different, and together we’ll find the path and pace that feel right for you.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients through anxiety, stress, and major life transitions, as well as many other challenges. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. A better way forward is always possible.
If you’re not sure if your concerns fit with what I offer, let’s schedule a call to see if my therapeutic approach might be a good fit.
