Something brought you here — and that matters. Whether you're managing anxiety that disrupts your daily life, facing a major transition that's left you feeling lost, or simply carrying more than you can hold on your own, counselling can help. You deserve support that actually fits your life.

I work with adults (18+) in Ottawa and offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Ontario.

My style is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in honesty and warmth. My approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is adapted to what works best for you.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing hundreds of clients gain greater clarity, confidence, lightness, and freedom from the challenges that had brought them to therapy, and I know that the same can be possible for you.

I can help if you’re experiencing:

  • Anxietyfrom everyday worry to panic that interferes with your work, relationships, or sleep.

  • Stress and Burnout – when the demands of work, family, caregiving, or daily life leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or unable to recharge.

  • Major Life Transitions – navigating periods of change such as graduating, becoming a parent, empty nesting, career changes, retirement, relocation, or other life shifts that can bring uncertainty, loss, or new challenges.

  • Navigating Challenging Relationships – addressing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, boundary-setting, trust concerns, family tensions, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling hurt, frustrated, or misunderstood.

  • Feeling Stuck or Lost in Life – exploring your values, identity, purpose, and aspirations to develop greater self-awareness and create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.

  • Low Self-Confidence and Self-Worth – overcoming self-doubt, perfectionism, and negative self-talk to develop a more compassionate and confident relationship with yourself.

  • Grief and Loss – coping with the emotional impact of losing a loved one, experiencing a divorce or breakup, facing job loss, health changes, or other significant losses that can affect your sense of stability and well-being.

Sessions are 50 minutes and priced at $160.

Most workplace benefit plans cover Registered Social Workers, so be sure to check with your provider.

Sliding scale options are available if cost is a barrier. No one should have to choose between financial stability and mental health support.
